When you submit an assessment request, use our online estimator, or call/WhatsApp our technical desk, we may collect:
- Contact Information: Full name, telephone/mobile number, and optional WhatsApp contact information.
- Site & Elevation Details: City hub, residential society or commercial building name, floor level, and approximate opening dimensions (width, height, square footage).
- Voluntary Attachments: Photographs or architectural elevations of balcony ledges, parapet walls, or lintel substrates provided to assist structural evaluation.
2. Purpose and Use of Collected Information
Collected information is used exclusively for operational and customer service activities:
- Scheduling appointments for regional technical surveyors to conduct laser dimensioning on site.
- Generating itemized, transparent quotations specifying certified Grade 316 marine stainless steel cables and aluminum track extrusions.
- Executing installation work and issuing your registered 7-year written warranty documentation.
- Providing post-installation inspection, tensioning, and customer care support.
3. Telephone and WhatsApp Communications
By submitting an assessment request or callback form, you consent to receive direct telephone calls or WhatsApp messages from our engineering desk regarding your specific project inquiry. We do not participate in robocalls, cold calling, or automated promotional spam. You can ask us to pause or cease communications at any time.
4. Data Protection and Retention
All website communications operate over TLS/HTTPS encryption. Completed project specifications and warranty serials are retained in secure internal records for the duration of the 7-year warranty period to facilitate future inspection or re-tensioning requests. Unfulfilled inquiries are purged periodically.
